Director of Investments

Greg Storm serves as the Director of Investments at JTG Holdings, where he spearheads development strategy initiatives, bringing over 15 years of experience in multiple facets of development and real estate investment.   A seasoned underwriter, he leverages his advanced knowledge of capital markets and the Greater-Atlanta real estate market to successfully identify new, long-term growth opportunities. Greg was a co-founder of DevLab Partners, a residential developer with projects totaling $75 million, including condo, active adult and build-to-rent development throughout the Southeast.  Prior to launching DevLab Partners, Greg was the Assistant Vice President of Development and Investments for Southeast Capital Companies in Atlanta, where he managed all aspects of the firm’s underwriting and budgeting operations on closings totaling $400 million, as well as asset management and operation functions. Greg began his career in finance, working for TriMont Real Estate Advisors and Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, managing institutional loan portfolios in excess of $1 billion.  Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Real Estate.
