Ben Romski serves as the Land Acquisition Manager for JTG Holdings and UnionMain Homes. With his diverse law, financial, and real estate background, Ben brings a wealth of expertise to the firm’s growth and opportunity advancement. Before joining JTG, he was a Senior Transaction Real Estate Associate with Ernst & Young, where he managed a commercial real estate portfolio with over $1 billion in value. At UnionMain, Ben is the go-to professional for market and demographic analysis, financial modeling, site selection and project design. His vast knowledge of global markets makes him a valuable resource for partners and investors alike. Ben graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and double majored in Finance. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Ben also attended Moore School of Business, where he received his MBA and was named MBA Finance Student of the Year in 2018.
