BRYAN PONDER

Director of Land Development

Bryan Ponder serves as Director of Land Development. Offering 20 years of vast cumulative experience, he has worked in several facets of real estate/construction. Bryan founded his own real estate consulting and development firm, where he developed over 20,000 lots/projects for commercial and residential uses, along with land assemblages and zoning activities. Prior to his consulting firm, Bryan was the Senior Project Manager at Crown Communities / DR Horton where he led multi-million dollar projects across Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. Prior to DR Horton, Bryan was employed with Brock Built Homes where he oversaw a vast variety of large-scale projects. Bryan has forged extensive working relationships through his company, prior endeavors, and Chairman position with the Georgia Utility Contractors Association. He has also worked in partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, GA – the biggest redevelopment area in the city of Atlanta. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia. Bryan is an active board member and Chairman of several committees for GUCA, as well as a Member of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) and Georgia Home Building Association.
