Denton West serves as VP of Land Development and Acquisitions for JTG Holdings. With over 10 years of experience leading land acquisitions, he is imperative to how the organization expands into new markets and improves growth opportunities. Previously, Denton served as VP of Land Acquisition for Brock Built Homes, where he led all phases of pre-development, from contract negotiation to entitlement processes. His strong financial services background lend to a smoother negotiation period, and a more comprehensive pre-development plan. His strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, zoning, construction codes and environmental restrictions reinforces his ability to troubleshoot potential conflicts before they arise and implement effective solutions prior to construction commencement, allowing for a streamlined scheduling and budgeting process. Denton received his Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Florida.
