Timothy Gehan, President of JTG Holdings, has been deeply involved in all facets of Texas, Arizona and Atlanta real estate for over 30 years. A proud second-generation home builder, Mr. Gehan was an original founder and CEO of Gehan Homes in 1991, where he led the advancement from their small start-up to a Top 30 homebuilder, closing an average of 1400+ homes per year. With expertise in markets across the country, Tim personally led the company’s first out-of-state expansion, establishing operations in Phoenix, Arizona in 2012. Mr. Gehan was also responsible for introducing Gehan Homes to additional high-growth markets including Houston (1997), Austin (2001), and San Antonio (2007). In 2015 alone, Mr. Gehan was responsible for nearly half a billion in revenue ($490M). JTG Holdings was founded shortly after as a land development company in 2016. In his more recent years, Timothy has continued to diversify his real estate portfolio, by forming a mortgage and title company, which handle a majority of all Gehan Homes transactions. Most recently, Mr. Gehan founded a residential homebuilder, UnionMain Homes, where he leads the firm’s rapid growth as President. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Gehan was a practicing corporate attorney. He has a J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law and maintains his membership with the State Bar of Texas.
